Please note that as of 1st November 2011, we have moved our out of hours service provider to Zetland Veterinary Hospital, 32-34 Zetland Road, Redland, Bristol BS6 7AB for our Chalks Road Clinic.

We understand that for some of our clients this will not be as convenient. For the moment we continue to pay VetsNow for their service - so if this is more convenient for you they will still be able to see you.

If you pet needs veterinary attention outside normal working hours you deserve to receive the same professional and prompt attention that we hope you receive from us during regular hours. However, even the best vet in the world cannot be personally available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year without it significantly affecting their clinical skills and judgement and therefore patient care.

Nevertheless - it remains our priority to ensure that you and your pet can access high-quality veterinary care no matter what the time of day or night.

In addition, if you require some advice over the weekend you can send and email to info@animalhousevets.com.

Mark does try to pick up his emails regularly over the weekend and can  sometimes come back to you quickly with some appropriate advice. However, he cannot pick up his emails all the time - so if you are concerned please do ring the relevant emergency service to get advice.
