If your pet has an emergency during our normal opening hours, please call the practice immediately on 0117 33 55 999 and our team will ensure that you are triaged and offered an appointment as soon as possible.
Our phone-line opening hours are 8.30am-6.30pm on Monday to Friday and 8.30am-4.00pm on Saturdays. Please check our practice specific opening hours for more details.
Out of Hours:
If you pet has an emergency when we are closed, the teams at VetsNow or Rowe Veterinary Group will ensure that your pets receive the highest quality of care at night, weekends and bank holidays. Our Chalks Road, Westbury Park and Downend clients will be directed to VetsNow or Rowe and our Chipping Sodbury clients will be directed to Rowe.
