Sam has been at Animal house vets since 2005. She completed two animal care courses, and then went on to do an animal nursing assistant course. Following that she undertook further exams to become a qualified Veterinary nurse and she is now head nurse at Chalks road. She also acts as a clinical coach to the trainee nurses within the practice. Sam is particularly interested in cat behaviour. She has completed a BVNA behaviour course and is currently working towards her International Society of Feline Medicine feline nursing diploma. She also loves helping with surgical procedures such as orthopaedic operations. Outside of work, Sam can be found at the gym and she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has three cats called Nos, Tinkerbell and Boo.
